Shoulders and Triceps with Exercise Band
Description:
This is a great practice to strengthen the upper hand and shoulders.
Instructions:
1. Sit straight on the ball with the perfect currency. Both the elbows stands at 90 degrees while holding the band in both hands. The band should go through your head.
2. Keep your right arm straight, while not allowed to hold the left arm completely to hold the shoulders.
3. Repeat more than ten times, then return to the initial position. Relax your hands shortly. Repeat the practice setting once or twice.
