Shan Shahi Haleem

                                                      Shan Shahi Haleem


         Ingredients:

                                         * Meat= 1 kg mutton/beef/chicken(with bones)

Or




Or



* Shan shahi haleem packet=one packet



* Chicken powder/ cube=2 tbspn/2 cubes


Or
* Ginger garlic paste=4 tbsp





* Tomatoe=one




* Green chillies=7-8

* Turmeic=half tbsp



* Salt=1/4 tbsp




* Yellow colour=pinch mixed in water


* Onion= 2 big size finely chopped


*  Oil=2 cups


* Mint and coriander leaves= one bunch each



* Chat masala



* Lemon= 3-4



* Ginger= julian cut 3 -4 tbspn






Method:

Heat a pot and put 4 glass of water let it boil and put shan pulses packet,tumeric,salt ,also put grinded paste of 2 tbsp ginger garlic, tomato and 3 green chillies. Cover the lid and cook on slow heat till pulses are tender and put chicken cubes. Onces pulses are tender , blender half pulses in a blender. Now take another pot , put one cup oil in it and put mutton . Fry mutton on medium heat till color changes , then put 2 tbspn ginger garlic paste ,stir it , now add shan haleem masala .Fry till oil comes out . Put one and half cup water ( dont put more water as meat absorb water in it and dont get tender easily). Cover the lid and cook meat on low heat. You can use pressure cooker. Once meat is tender , take out bones and discard them . Mash the meat . Now put all meat and masala in pulses pot and cook on medium heat, put yellow colour and keep stiring . If  mixture is thick put little water. Cook it for half an hour.N ow heat oil in a frying pan , put onion and fry till golden brown...take out half onion on the plate and put half onion with oil on haleem pot and cover the lid and cook for 15 mins. Now haleem is ready, sprinkle chat masala, coriander and mint leaves and fried onions, ginger Julian and squeeze lemon ..Eat it with naan and enjoy
