Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, quartered
1 dash garlic powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 lemon, juiced
1 pinch dried parsley
Method
Preheat oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Keep in the 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Put the onions and bell pepper slices at the top of the chicken. Put lemon juice in the whole chicken. Cover with foil
Cook for an hour. Remove the foil and gray, for about 15 minutes. Garnish, and serve with parsely Flakes.
