Soak Feet in Water And Foot Massage

                                        Soak Feet in Water


                                  Ingredients

     
                                Honey 2 tbsp           
                                 
                               Herbal shampoo 1 tbsp
                                  
                               Almond oil 1 tbsp
                                     
                                       




Warm water ¼ bucket/tub



                               
                                                                   Directions

Add honey, herbal shampoo, and almond oil in warm water bucket or tub.
Soak your feet for 15 minutes. Rub them with loofah to remove dead skin.
Pat dry and apply moisturizer. Do once a week.





Foot Massage

According to our expert, get time out of your busy routine and give a 5 minutes massage to your feet. Massage will also improve blood circulation in your legs. Help to feel you relax and make you sleep better.

Use warm olive oil or coconut oil to massage your feet daily. During massage, use thumbs to press into the soles of your feet in a circular pattern.
